Chinese Sundae

2- 14 oz. boxes of Minute Rice
2- 9oz. cans of Chow Mein noodles
3lbs. diced ham
3lbs. diced chicken or turkey
3lb.s of fresh tomatoes, diced
1 stalk of celery, diced
1 ½ lb. Jack cheese, diced
1 or 2 bunches of green onions, chopped
1 large box of raisins
2 large cans of crushed pineapple, drained
7oz. slivered almonds
8oz. flaked coconut
1 large jar of maraschino cherries

Sauce: 2 cans cream of celery soup
           2   cans cream of chicken soup
           2 large cans of evaporated milk
           Cook and pour over sundae!

Set ingredients the around table in order listed. Stack layer on layer. Serve with rolls. Enjoy!
