Welcoming Anne Baxter Campbell and The Roman's Quest

It's my pleasure to introduce ANNE BAXTER CAMPBELL to  STITCHES THRU TIME and its readership.

Anne has been a very special encourager to me over the last few years and I've been privileged to get my hands on an advanced reader copy of her latest novel ~ The Roman's Quest.

A Roman's Quest ~ was released just last Friday ~ October 25, 2013 ~ on Anne's birthday. What a tremendous gift God gave her that day.

Speaking of God's given gifts - Anne has a remarkable talent when it comes to writing Biblical Historical Fiction - normally not one of my favorite genres to read - I've decided any that Anne continues to write will be on my TO BE READ LIST for sure.

The Roman's Quest ~

Centurion Julius has eyes for a young Jewish woman, but a Roman is not what her father intends for her. Miriam is a pious Jewish girl, determined to do the right thing by her God and her parents, and she bows to her father’s wishes to promise her to a Jewish fisherman, James ben Zebedee. Her heart yearns for the Roman, but their love is impossible. Miriam’s mother lies close to death, and her last wish is to see her daughter wed. The marriage has to take place before it’s too late.

Historical Characters ~ some names you'll recognize ~ Each character has depth, realism, spunk, humor, and issues. What more could a reader hope to get? Oh, maybe a happy-ever-after? Well. . .there's that in this story too.
Be SURE to get your hands on this book ~ now out in E~book and soon to be out in Print. I truly enjoyed this book.
