2 eggs
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 pinch of salt
Slightly over 1 quart of milk
1 pint of whipping cream
Nutmeg
Beat 2 eggs until fluffy. Add Eagle Brand milk, vanilla, salt, and milk. Beat ingredients together. Whip approximately half of the whipping cream and put on top. Add nutmeg to taste and serve.

ReplyDeleteI allow myself one eggnog a year. Ususally it's in a Starbucks Eggnog Latte', but this recipe sounds yummy and easy.
