Whispers from Yesterday is a heartwarming tale that grips your heart and
doesn't let you go even after the close of the story. I loved the way
Robin Lee Hatcher wove in the diary of the heroine's relative. It made
the story so much more endearing.
Footprints on Her Heart
explores what happens when we are faced with major roadblocks, set
backs, and closed doors and how to deal with the obstacles we encounter.
This was the first book I've read by Angela Breidenbach and I found it
enjoyable.
A Wagonload of Trouble - When a city slicker finds
himself on a ranch in the middle of nowhere, he is definitely out of his
element. Vickie McDonough breathes new life into the city vs. country
scenario, keeping her hero strong, compassionate, and unique. I found
her story quite enjoyable.
All the Promises - Deborah Raney
examines what happens when a rich guy and a poor girl are thrown into a
work situation together. Will their differences pull them apart or draw
them together? Deborah Raney did a great job keeping the pace of the
story moving.
I found all four novels to be a delightful read.
This review is my own opinion and I was not required to give a positive review - 2018.
Whether it's a conversation with a friend, a word that is penned, or a craft that is made, everything we do leaves a stitch in the fabric of time. Join us as we investigate the stitches of the past and present...
"To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: ... a time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak" (Ecclesiastes 3:1, 7).
